Pete Flemming I have a heart for youth ministry and I want to see students come to a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Rebecca Izadi is a woman who enjoys good music, rocking chairs, and pizza-anykind, anytime! She is our Youth Ministry Assistant and can't get enough good fellowship with girls and Jesus. 	Hector & Christy Cervantes  These two are an awesome couple with a heart to really see our students come to know Jesus more personally & passionately.  Hector leads worship for us each week while Christy makes sure he knows what day it is & gets him here on time! Hector helps lead our 9th grade guys small group while Christy helps lead our 9th &10th grade girls small group.		Brian & Nichole Crick  have a son named Bo & have been working with students for years. Brian is a former coach, Nichole is our official nurse & they currently lead our 11th & 12th grade boys and girls small groups that are constantly growing! They really love students & enjoy staying up late at camps & retreats!
	Jon & Pam Jeffries taking pictures, opening up their home, counselling during decision times, just being there to hang out & talk to students - these folks do it all & love every minute of it! Jon helps lead our 11th&12th grade guys small group while Pam just loves helping with anything. She is also an amazing painter! They have been serving in student ministry for 20+ years & are still functional - somebody call Ripley's!		Pam Tappan is the wife of our Music Minister, Cliff, but as of yet hasn't graduated out of High School - that's right she loves her 9th & 10th grade girls & loves spending time with teenagers. Ask her about camping with her husband when it's below freezing - they do that a lot!
	Josh Hembree  Josh is the head coach for the Darlington ladies basketball team. He currently leads our 11th & 12th grade guys small group & loves eating cinamon rolls or anything else the morning after Disciple Now!		Kevin & Jacyln Morang  "bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do..." if you don't see Kevin on Sundays in our 10th grade guys small group or on Wednesdays it's because he's out chasing down criminals - yep, he's got cuffs, tazers, & a cool mountian bike & ain't afraid to use them! We also love his sweet wife Jaclyn who helps teach our 7th&8th grade girls small group. They have a beautiful little blonde angel. Yes...she literally looks like a little angel running around!
	Randall Ray  has been a youth pastor before, loves teenagers, missions, Africa, & is currently very active in discipling young men for Christ! Randall helps lead our 7th & 8th grade guys small group. If you need a refill or some more nuggets he's your man!		Russell & Monique Reid  Monique works with our 11th & 12th grade girls and has such a heart for women's ministry. Fun, energetic, & can color or cut your hair right in her own house! She's got an awesome husband named Russell (who I wouldn't suggest messing with) who teaches our 9th grade guys and has mad skills on the slopes! They have three beautiful daughters and always welcome you into their family!
	Rebekah Detweiler "that is not enoucraging!" She is a woman who loves jr high girls, playing in the mud, and can always put a smile on your face! She helps lead our 7th & 8th grade small group and is always there to help and show Christ to others!
